My stress and breath coaching is offered in different forms, so you can choose what best fits your life and what you need right now. Whichever form you choose, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Who is this for
This guidance is for you if stress or inner unrest has started to take over your daily life. For example, if you spend a lot of time in your head, feel easily overstimulated, struggle to truly relax, or feel like you’ve been “switched on” for far too long.
You may be longing for more calm, clarity, space, or direction and for a way to reconnect with yourself.

Coaching and breathwork can support you in slowing down, breathing more freely and reconnecting with what you truly need. Many people experience more clarity in their mind, more ease in their body and a greater sense of steadiness in how they deal with stress in everyday life.
Mijn werkwijze
My guidance is personal, warm and intuitive, with genuine attention for who you are. At the same time, it is grounded in a solid professional foundation. As a nearly graduated applied psychologist, I work with evidence-based methods such as ACT, complemented by breathwork.
I believe that the answers you’re looking for are not outside of you. In our sessions, I help you slow down, tune in and reconnect with what feels right for you. Not by solving things for you, but by supporting you in letting direction and choice emerge from within.
We work with insight as well as with the body and the breath, so that change is not only understood, but also felt and integrated into daily life.

Coaching at the kitchtable
Coaching at the kitchen table is personal one-to-one guidance at my home in Veenendaal. A safe, familiar setting where you can soften and simply be yourself. A place to land, to breathe and to reconnect with what is truly present within you.
This form of coaching is especially supportive if you’re looking for closeness, structure and a space where you can catch your breath. We take time to explore what’s happening for you, what has unsettled you and what you’re longing for. From there, we move step by step toward more calm, space, and direction.
During the sessions, I combine conversation and reflection with breathwork and body-based exercises, always attuned to your pace. Sometimes the focus is on insight and practical steps; at other times, on slowing down and regulation. Always with gentleness, depth, and genuine attention.

Online coaching
Online coaching offers you the opportunity to receive guidance from wherever you feel most at ease. Calm, practical and with the same depth and attention as an in-person session. This form is especially suitable if you don’t live nearby, travel frequently, or prefer to work from home in a familiar setting.
In our online sessions we create a safe and supportive space to pause and reflect on what’s going on for you. We explore what’s draining your energy, bring clarity to your situation and open up room for new choices. By slowing down and working with breath and awareness, people often notice more calm in their mind and greater ease in their body.
Online coaching is personal and attuned, there’s no need to prove anything. Step by step, we take the time to sense what feels right and to bring your life back into closer alignment with who you are and what you need.

Wandelcoaching
Walk-and-talk coaching is one-to-one guidance in motion, outdoors in the natural surroundings of Veenendaal. A form of coaching that often helps you step out of your head more quickly and feel more space in your body. As you walk, movement naturally arises, both physically and internally.
While walking, there is room to share what’s present, to bring order to your thoughts and to pause with what you need. Nature acts as a gentle co-regulator: it supports slowing down, breathing more freely and being present in the moment. This makes walk-and-talk coaching especially supportive when stress, tension, or overstimulation is high, or when you notice that being in motion helps you connect with yourself more easily than sitting indoors.
During the sessions, we combine conversation and reflection with breathwork, in a way that supports you best in that moment Everything unfolds at your pace, with care, gentleness and depth. Together, we work toward more calm, clarity and direction. While you quite literally take steps forward.

Breathwork session
A breathwork session is an individual session in which we use the breath as a gateway to step out of your head and reconnect with yourself. Sometimes it’s exactly what you need to relax and release tension. At other times, it offers deeper exploration. It's helping you sense what lives beneath the surface and reconnect with your body and inner world.
Depending on what you need, a session can be gentle and regulating, or more in-depth, for example through conscious connected breathing. I always work in a trauma-sensitive way: nothing is forced, everything is invited. There is space to feel your boundaries, slow down, and allow what wants to emerge.
A breathwork session can be booked as a single session or as part of a series of sessions. Working with the breath over time allows for deeper integration and continuity. It can be a powerful way to create more breathing space, gain clarity and come back into closer connection with yourself.
