If you have any questions, or would like to explore together whether coaching is right for you at this moment, feel free to get in touch: you are more then welcome.
General information
Every coaching journey is unique and tailored to your individual question, process and rhythm. For this reason, I do not work with fixed programs. You decide how long you wish to receive guidance and you are free to conclude the process at any time.

The stated fees do not only cover the time we spend together during sessions. A significant part of my guidance also takes place before and after our conversations. This includes preparation, attunement, reflection, customization and keeping track of your process. Everything that contributes to a careful and personal journey is included in the price, so you receive the attention you deserve.

All fees are exempt from VAT.
Reimbursement
Coaching at Roots of Light is not covered by basic health insurance and is generally not reimbursed by health insurers. However, depending on your personal or professional situation, there may be several ways in which the costs can be (partly) covered.

➤ Employer contribution
Many organizations have budgets for personal development, sustainable employability, or burn-out prevention. Coaching is often seen as a valuable and effective investment within these frameworks. You may wish to explore the options with your manager or HR department.

➤ Support via Occupational Health Services
When coaching contributes to recovery or helps prevent absence from work, employers may, in some cases, be willing to (partly) cover the costs. This usually takes place in consultation with an occupational physician or occupational health service, within the framework of local employment regulations.

➤ Tax deduction for entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals
For entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals, coaching costs may (under certain conditions) be deductible as business expenses if the trajectory contributes to professional functioning or development.

➤ Disability insurance
Some disability insurance policies offer (partial) reimbursement when coaching is aimed at recovery or reintegration. Coverage and conditions vary by policy.

➤ Personal Budget (PGB)
In specific situations, coaching may be part of a broader care or support pathway and funded through a personal budget. Availability and conditions depend on individual circumstances and local regulations.

➤ Supplementary insurance
Although coaching is generally not covered by basic health insurance, some supplementary insurance policies may offer possibilities for (partial) reimbursement. It is worth checking directly with your insurer.
