Service Description

In this free 30 minute call we take a moment to connect and explore where you are in your life and what you are moving through. You can share what you long for, what feels challenging and what you hope to shift. This conversation gives you space to express what is important to you in a calm and open way. I will also explain how my coaching works and what you can expect from our sessions. My approach brings together grounded psychological insights, intuition and presence. I work in a way that helps you reconnect with your own clarity and inner guidance, using conversation, reflection and gentle experiential exercises. We look at your strengths, your direction and the possibilities that already exist within you. This call is a simple and gentle way to discover whether my way of working resonates with you. There is no pressure or obligation. After the call you are free to decide whether you would like to begin coaching or not. The choice is entirely yours.
